Balance of tariff payable on arrival.

A $200 credit card pre-authorisation will be required at check-in.
Weekends by prior arrangement.
Departure time 10:00am unless otherwise arranged.

Limited luggage storage available prior to accessing your room.

::: Cancellation Policy :::

In the event of the tenant desiring to cancel the booking no refund of the deposit shall be made unless and until the premises are re-let for the total period of the proposed occupancy in which case a service fee of 12% of the total rent shall be charged.
Failure to advise of cancellation will result in the above policy being applied.

If less than 7 days notice, the tenant is responsible for the full amount of the tarriff agreed to at the time of booking.

In the event that premises become unavailable for occupancy through unforeseen circumstances (ie. fire, storm, damage, change of ownership, etc.) then the on-site manager will inform the tenant or his agent immediately and endeavour to obtain a suitable alternative premises for this tenancy, failing which any monies paid are to be refunded to the tenant.
